The hotel is located in a prime area which is lively and offers a great view. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, helping guests with their needs. the rooms are clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which offered tasty tomatoes, watermelon, and other classic Turkish breakfast items. the air conditioning in the room was very nice to have during the hot weather.

The wifi connection was poor and we reported the issue to the staff who tried to solve the problem, but it persisted. we had to ask the staff to change the towels and it took longer than we expected for them to do so.

The location of Grand Faik was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were surrounded by beautiful sights and attractions. The staff, especially Semih and Yusuf, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The breakfast, though not spectacular, was tasty and served with a great view on the top floor. The comfortable bed and nice airco made for a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly atmosphere, and helpful staff.
