I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. the room was stylishly decorated with super comfy beds and lovely fluffy towels. the location was perfect - easy to walk to the beach and not far from the town center. the attached restaurant had a great chill vibe, and the food was delicious. the gardens were gorgeous, ideal for a relaxing evening. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and convenience.

One thing that could be improved is the clarity on breakfast service.

I adored the charming decor of the hotel, especially the cozy sitting areas with lovely floral touches. The hotel's easy layout, with no stairs and wide corridors, made it perfect for us seniors to wander around comfortably. Cons: An elevator for the children working there to assist seniors.

Stylishly decorated and very comfortable hotel. Lovely fluffy towels and super comfy beds, spotlessly clean with helpful staff. the attached restaurant was a great addition. As for relaxation, indulging in the gorgeous gardens was a highlight. Exploring nearby landmarks like St Agnes and Trevellas Porth Circular Walk was a wonderful experience that added to our family bonding.

Residence At Bolenna exceeded expectations. Beautifully decorated rooms, chilled water in the mini fridge, and a great breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Will definitely return.

While the lack of milk in the room was a bit of a hiccup, waiting for staff to get some added a touch of anticipation.

The hotel made me feel like a VIP with first-class service and outstanding food. The chef even caught a trout for my dinner! Plus, they accommodated my diet restrictions.

Couldn't quite figure out the bedroom setup, and breakfast was a guessing game. But who needs staff on reception anyway?

Karen and her family went above and beyond, with welcoming snacks and helpful tips. Highly recommended!

Stayed at a lovely accommodation near the beach and town. the room was clean and tidy with a great location, making it easy to walk to the beach and town. the friendly owners, Karen and Holly, went above and beyond, even allowing us to have our picnic inside when we arrived late. Karen also provided us with fantastic tips for sightseeing and the best places to visit. the breakfasts were delicious and the overall experience was excellent. Looking forward to returning.
