I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The sea view room had a large bay window, perfect for enjoying the beautiful ocean scenery. The staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They quickly provided a fan and sorted out parking for me. Moreover, they were extremely friendly and engaged with my son during breakfast, even playing along with his knightly antics.

The newly decorated lounge and sitting room were smart and clean, and the bar had a great selection of drinks at reasonable prices. The full English breakfast was delicious, served in a lovely room with attentive staff. The free parking permit provided by the hotel was also a bonus.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. the staff were friendly and helpful, even carrying our luggage to the room. the hotel is conveniently located and offers stunning views of the surrounding area.

Despite requesting a ground floor room prior to arrival, we were placed on the second floor with no elevator, making it difficult to carry our twin boys up and down. there was only one highchair available during breakfast, causing inconvenience and making it challenging to enjoy a meal with our children comfortably.

The view from my room was absolutely amazing, overlooking the North Bay. The location was spot on, with only a short walk to the town centre and the seafront. The hotel was well maintained and the room was cozy and warm. Despite the compact size, the bed was comfortable and I had a good night's sleep.
