The restaurant team were excellent and very helpful with our dietary needs. The bedroom layout was great with comfortable chairs. The reception and housekeeping team were also excellent and responded quickly to our requests.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the noise from doors banging and the slightly expensive breakfast, I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel facilities were also top-notch, with a stunning lounge/bar and dining area. The hotel is situated on a quiet lane surrounded by well-kept gardens, perfect for peaceful walks. Additionally, the staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The food was absolutely amazing, from the delicious breakfast to the mouth-watering afternoon tea.

Hot breakfast cooked fresh to order. Extensive menu one day, shortened the next. Friendly and helpful staff. Lovely rooms with spa baths, robes, and comfy beds. Dog-friendly venue with lodges available for larger groups.

The hotel is conveniently located near local leisure centre, restaurants, and a lovely country pub style restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are well-equipped with jacuzzi baths. The staff is attentive and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel also offers amenities like a TV above the jacuzzi bath and a large four poster bed for a comfortable stay.

One negative aspect is that some guests experienced a delay in hot water supply to their bathrooms, which affected the use of the jacuzzi.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was clean, stylish, and well appointed. The staff, from reception to the cleaning ladies, were incredibly friendly and provided superb customer service. The surroundings were enjoyable and the restaurant offered delicious meals. The parking was ample and conveniently close to reception.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was of a very high standard and quiet, just as we requested. Dinner was excellent and the staff were very professional. Additionally, the facilities include karaoke and a casino, perfect for us as we enjoy these activities.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet location and easy access to town and coast. Brilliant staff and spacious rooms. Exceptional food, especially the pizza and egg benedicts. Lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere.
