The location was peaceful and beautiful, with lovely views. The staff, particularly David, were welcoming and attentive. They even offered to drive us to the local pub! it was the best value B&B I've stayed at in the UK.

I stayed in a lot of hotels and bed and breakfasts, but this place is fabulous. The access lane widths are not for the faint-hearted, but once you arrive, you'll be completely off the beaten track. The location is perfect for gentle strolls or more strenuous hikes, with plenty of places to visit nearby. The staff are very welcoming and provide very clear instructions on how to get there. The service, housekeeping, and room amenities are all top-notch, from the ironing facilities to the flat-screen TV. There's even a lovely garden area where you can relax and enjoy the Wi-Fi. this hotel is very good value for money.

The venue was located on a narrow road, which may be challenging for some drivers. there were some issues with the cleanliness of the converted outbuilding, as my wife noticed a damp smell and I accidentally stepped on something slimy, possibly a small newt.

It is also a great location for horse racing enthusiasts, with three racecourses within easy reach. The rooms are well-supplied with a variety of drinks and the beds are very comfortable.
