A Surprisingly Delicious Experience

Our stay at the King David Hotel was absolutely incredible. The hotel's location in close proximity to the historic sites of Jerusalem made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully decorated public rooms that showcase its rich history. One of the highlights was walking through the main lobby and admiring the row of tiles displaying the signatures of famous guests. We loved the fact that the hotel is kosher, even though we are not Jewish, as the food in all the restaurants was delicious and we had plenty of options to choose from. The rooms were elegantly appointed and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel had a wonderful mix of international guests, dignitaries, celebrities, and tourists. The staff at the front desk, especially Kalawi, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful, even helping us retrieve lost luggage. The genial bartender also deserves a special mention for making our pre-dinner time relaxing and fun. we absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jerusalem.

The hotel had a fantastic atmosphere, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was excellent and the swimming pool and sunbathing area were gorgeous. The food was also great.

There were a few small issues during the stay. Secondly, the shower glass in the room leaked onto the floor, creating a large puddle.

The special occasion of our birthday celebration was acknowledged throughout our stay, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. The breakfast was amazing, and we also enjoyed the tours organized by the hotel, which provided a great insight into the history of the hotel and Jerusalem's old city.

I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service during my stay. When I had an issue with the hair dryer, the staff promptly resolved it and even apologized for any inconvenience caused. They also made sure my room service order was complete, and when my dessert wasn't available, they went out of their way to provide an alternative. Despite these minor setbacks, I appreciated the warm welcome and the efforts of the staff to make my stay enjoyable. I'll recommend this hotel for its exceptional service.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the hotel's amenities and location. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions.

The service at the reception desk lacked enthusiasm and the staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the public areas, such as the lobby restrooms and the pool area, left much to be desired.

We loved the breathtaking view of the ancient city from our room, especially at sunrise and night. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool and the beautiful gardens. The location on a hill provided a stunning vantage point overlooking the city. We stayed at a hotel down the Hill to the old City, which was quite convenient. The location was great, close to the Old City, allowing us to easily explore the historic sites. In terms of dress code, there was none, as we noticed in the restaurant and other public spaces. However, the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding areas. The hotel's prime location made it easy for us to explore the city and nearby attractions without wasting any time. The pool was also a highlight, with its serene atmosphere and perfect temperature allowing us to swim for hours.

We did find a few drawbacks during our stay. some of the carpets seemed a little worn out and dated, which detracted slightly from the overall ambiance of the hotel.
