We had a delightful stay at a charming B&B in a great location for exploring the city. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the breakfast was excellent. The owners were welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. we highly recommend this accommodation for a visit to Lincoln.

Although the main road outside could be a bit noisy, the efficient fan provided helped drown out the sound. Additionally, the rooms were a bit small with limited seating options.

I recently stayed at Brayford House for a visit to Lincoln and had a wonderful experience. The room was lovely, with everything I needed and conveniently located. It was quiet and clean, with good quality fittings and a great shower. There were plenty of sockets and storage space for clothes. The friendly owners provided excellent service and the cooked breakfast was to die for. The hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Brayford waterfront, where there are plenty of eateries to choose from. The free on-street parking using a parking permit was also very convenient. I will definitely recommend this place for its comfort and convenience.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the city centre and near the Brayford waterfront. It offers easy access to all the attractions and amenities of Lincoln. The rooms are lovely and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is also good, providing a great start to the day. The cleanliness of the house and the room is exceptional, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Some guests have reported noise disturbances during the night, which can disrupt sleep.

The hotel itself was in the student accommodation area, which gave it a lively and vibrant atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. My room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a very comfy bed and my own bathroom. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a locally made sausage and even vegan options available.

No real complaints, everything was absolutely fine.
