Great location near station, very secure with locks on all doors. Helpful and polite staff. Nice customizable breakfast. Clean bathroom and room. Free wifi. Perfect for V festival and reasonably priced for comfort.

As a female traveler, I loved the fact that the room had a fridge and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom was also a plus. The breakfast selection was excellent and included in the price. The staff were friendly and the hotel's location next to the train station was ideal.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to Brentwood Station and the shops. Plus, the fact that there is a McDonald's right next door is a bonus. We also found it convenient being next door to Chloe's hair salon. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service.

The entry system of the building we stayed in did not work when we arrived back late at night.

It is conveniently situated just a short walk down the sloping pavement ramp from the train station. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were warm and cosy. The breakfast was great, with both hot and cold options available. We also appreciated the key fob system for opening and closing the rooms.

We were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the guest house. We could hear other guests going up and down the stairs, which was disruptive to our sleep, especially after 10pm.
