Great location near station, very secure with locks on all doors. Helpful and polite staff. Nice customizable breakfast. Clean bathroom and room. Free wifi. Perfect for V festival and reasonably priced for comfort.

As a female traveler, I loved the fact that the room had a fridge and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The spacious bathroom was also a plus. The breakfast selection was excellent and included in the price. The staff were friendly and the hotel's location next to the train station was ideal.

I recently stayed at a charming guest house in a convenient location near both the train station and the town center. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast that was included in the rate. it was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely guest house. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and showed us around the property. They even surprised us with a complimentary breakfast when we changed our mind in the morning. the guest house itself was clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and fluffy towels. It was also conveniently located just a short walk from the main high street. We would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The location of the hotel is very convenient, being very close to Brentwood Station and the shops. Plus, the fact that there is a McDonald's right next door is a bonus. We also found it convenient being next door to Chloe's hair salon. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and attentive, providing good service.

The entry system of the building we stayed in did not work when we arrived back late at night.

Close to work, clean, newly decorated, helpful staff, allowed car parking. Evening receptionist was welcoming and arranged a free upgrade. Quiet location near train station and town's main strip with bars. Short walk from a not-so-hidden secret. Friendly staff, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, decent breakfast. It is conveniently situated just a short walk down the sloping pavement ramp from the train station. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were warm and cosy. The breakfast was great, with both hot and cold options available. We also appreciated the key fob system for opening and closing the rooms.

We were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the guest house. We could hear other guests going up and down the stairs, which was disruptive to our sleep, especially after 10pm.
