As a disabled guest, I was impressed with the accessible routes around the hotel and pub, making it easy for me to navigate. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, especially when it came to getting to the restaurant. The food at the hotel was of great quality, and I particularly enjoyed the bourbon wings and waffle fries.

I felt very fortunate during my stay and had nothing to complain about.

Ample parking, quiet location, lovely smiling staff. Vhandy for Sheffield Arena. Pleasant bar with good food. Close to Tesco Local convenience store.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. the facilities offered at the hotel were great, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday to the fullest.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with food stains on the walls and a stained bed runner.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, delicious cooked breakfast. Large, airy room with lots of shelf space. Iron and ironing board available. Big TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a fan in the room. Accommodating staff and reasonably priced evening meal available.

For the price we paid, the value we got was definitely worth it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel, especially the lovely lady at reception, treated us with manners and provided a warm welcome. The location was convenient, with a Tesco Local just a short walk away and easy access to the M1.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better is if they had more variety in terms of breakfast items.

Everything is what I want and need.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and has easy access to public transportation. Plus, the parking spaces were plentiful and easily available.

The noise level during the night was disturbing, with other guests making loud noises and using foul language in the corridors, which affected my sleep. the bed was not very comfortable, leaving me feeling tired during the day.

Great location, close to the city center and easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Limited breakfast options, no fresh fruit and utensils were not properly cleaned. Slow service in the restaurant.
