As a disabled guest, I was impressed with the accessible routes around the hotel and pub, making it easy for me to navigate. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to assist me, especially when it came to getting to the restaurant. The food at the hotel was of great quality, and I particularly enjoyed the bourbon wings and waffle fries.

I felt very fortunate during my stay and had nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, with easy access to local attractions and amenities. the facilities offered at the hotel were great, allowing us to relax and enjoy our holiday to the fullest.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with food stains on the walls and a stained bed runner.

Friendly staff, comfortable beds, delicious cooked breakfast. Large, airy room with lots of shelf space. Iron and ironing board available. Big TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a fan in the room. Accommodating staff and reasonably priced evening meal available.

For the price we paid, the value we got was definitely worth it. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff at the hotel, especially the lovely lady at reception, treated us with manners and provided a warm welcome. The location was convenient, with a Tesco Local just a short walk away and easy access to the M1.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better is if they had more variety in terms of breakfast items.

I recently stayed at Brentwood Inn in Rotherham for a few nights and I had a wonderful experience. The location of the hotel is great, set back from the main road, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with interesting period features. The room was spacious and well-equipped with ample shelf space, a large comfortable bed, and a bathroom with both a shower and bath. The staff, particularly Liz on reception, were amazing - friendly, helpful, and a true asset to the hotel. The restaurant next door offered delicious, reasonably priced meals, and breakfast was an unexpected bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

the room we stayed in, room 1, provided ample space for me and my family and was impeccably clean. the cleaning staff did a fantastic job of refreshing our room daily, ensuring a comfortable stay. the location of the inn was perfect, and we appreciated the modern and stylish design of the rooms. the staff went above and beyond to assist us, making check-in easy and offering excellent check-in/out times. our experience was excellent and we would definitely choose to stay at a Greene King Inn again.

Everything is what I want and need.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff at the restaurant were friendly and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located near the town center and has easy access to public transportation. Plus, the parking spaces were plentiful and easily available.

The noise level during the night was disturbing, with other guests making loud noises and using foul language in the corridors, which affected my sleep. the bed was not very comfortable, leaving me feeling tired during the day.

Great location, close to the city center and easily accessible. Friendly and helpful staff, always willing to assist. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Limited breakfast options, no fresh fruit and utensils were not properly cleaned. Slow service in the restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The spacious room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding. The staff were exceptional, very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently located just up the road from the town center and attached to a pub restaurant with a huge selection of delicious food. The breakfast was marvelous, cooked to order and very filling. I cannot stress enough how friendly and helpful the staff are.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre, with a restaurant offering a diverse menu that's available until 9pm. The pub, always bustling, serves a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as a TV and a kettle. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making guests feel welcome.

The bathroom could use some maintenance as some taps have rough edges.
