I recently stayed at a hotel in the charming village of Bridge of Orchy for a walking trip. It was the only choice around, but I was pleasantly surprised by its great location and delicious food. The views from my room were breathtaking, and both the bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and well-appointed. I loved that I could start my hill walking right from the hotel's doorstep, and the soothing sound of the nearby river was a lovely touch. The staff were attentive and paid attention to every detail, making my stay truly excellent.

I stayed at a hotel in a beautiful area near the Bridge of Orchy, right by the river. The room was cozy and comfortable with a lovely view over the river. The bathroom was clean and the shower was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and the wait staff were polite. The hotel also had a restaurant that used to be a lounge, adding a touch of nostalgia to the experience.

The hotel could improve their outside seating for the restaurant, as sitting by the busy A82 road during lunchtime was not ideal.

One major drawback was the location of my room. It was situated next to a busy road, which resulted in a lot of traffic noise that kept me awake at night.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Bridge of Orchy. The newly constructed building gave our room a sleek and modern feel, and the quality fittings and toiletries added a touch of luxury. The real ale at the bar was excellent, and the smart restaurant attached to it made for a convenient dining option. The best part was the stunning river view from our room in the annex. It was such a beautiful sight to wake up to every morning. And since we were taking off early to walk the West Highland Way, the hotel went above and beyond by upgrading us to the bunkhouse and providing a delicious packed lunch.

We felt so comfortable during our stay that we had absolutely no complaints at all.

On our way to the Highlands, we have stayed at this hotel several times and it has always been a friendly and high-quality experience. The food is consistently good and the staff is efficient and attentive. It's a popular choice for walkers due to its location on the West Highland Way, and there are great dog walking areas nearby. The view from the room is stunning, and there are endless walks to explore in the beautiful surroundings. a great location, friendly staff, and delicious pub-type food make this hotel a fantastic choice.
