The room was comfortable, clean, and had an amazing view of the city skyline. The hotel itself was gorgeous, from the entrance to the rooftop bar and restaurant. The staff were welcoming and provided excellent service, including quickly addressing any issues. The suite we booked was luxurious and modern, with a state-of-the-art shower and TV. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a birthday card for my partner.

During my recent stay at Novotel Canary Wharf, I was amazed by the stunning views from the 38th floor. The room itself was fantastic and had beautiful views too. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay. I especially appreciated their help and support during a difficult time when I fell ill and had to go to the hospital. The food at the hotel was excellent, with a great selection to choose from. The location in Canary Wharf was convenient and provided a lovely atmosphere. This hotel is in a perfect location, close to everything. Whether you're a solo traveler or a couple, you'll find plenty of options to eat around here. Plus, it's just a short walk to both the tube station and the DLR South Quay station. The rooms are gorgeous and the bathrooms are clean and comfy. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good. And let's not forget the amazing views of the London skyline from the rooftop terrace, it's truly breathtaking.

The hotel itself was in a nice area and had a contemporary, edgy feel to it. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay including a sitting area and terrace. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and bar/lounge area, where I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with stunning views of the city. The leisure facilities, including the indoor swimming pool and sauna, were a great added bonus.
