Friendly staff who provided good recommendations and made me feel at home. the upgrade to a double en-suite room was a nice surprise. the full English breakfast served in the morning was delicious and they even accommodated my early departure.

Lack of parking was inconvenient and finding a spot nearby was a struggle. the overall appearance of the room and the guest house felt outdated and could use some improvements.

I stayed at a guest house in a great location, near to some convenient car parks for overnight parking. The room I had was clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the estuary. The bathroom was spotless and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this guest house for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center of town next to the bridge. We were able to explore all the local shops, restaurants, and amenities within walking distance. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities like ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities. The sitting area was comfortable and had a flat-screen TV for our entertainment. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast options were great and the food quality was excellent. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and luxurious stay.

I recently stayed at a lovely guest house in a charming seaside town. The warm and friendly welcome I received upon arrival instantly made me feel at ease. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, such as a lack of parking and a flight of stone steps to the guesthouse, I found my stay to be stress-free and pleasant. Great location, right in the heart of the town. Just a short walk to all the main attractions and amenities. Beautiful view from the window, overlooking the harbor/bridge. the owner was friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home.

The room was quite small and basic, not offering much space to move around. Another issue was the noise from outside.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, excellent location for shops, pubs, harbour and beach. Twin room availability was a pleasant surprise. Good value for money. Will return.

The bed was super comfy and the breakfast had plenty of choice. the owners were lovely and made us feel welcome. the outside seating area was a nice touch and would be great for enjoying a drink in the warmer weather.

There was no parking available at the hotel, which was a bit inconvenient. the stairs were quite steep, especially on the top floor.
