The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Fran on the night shift. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed including ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The kitchen was fully equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and all the necessary cookware. The hotel also had free toiletries, tea and coffee facilities, and a sitting area, making it feel like a home away from home. The service was exceptional, with a 24-hour reception and staff who couldn't do enough for you.

I had the most amazing stay at Cove Paradise Street! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping district, so everything was just a few minutes walk away. The room I stayed in had a beautiful view of the dock, which was such a nice touch. The decoration and furnishings were tasteful and the fully stocked kitchen was a lifesaver, especially when traveling with a little one.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences, like the difficulty in finding the apartments and the limited cold water, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience. The staff was lovely and the check-in process was seamless.

Got two free muffins, and had a prime location to explore the city during the Easter festivities. the hotel was central to all the events, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the room was spacious and had a great view.

The loud music from the clubs and bars kept us up all night, and the pillows were as flat as pancakes. the bathroom was tiny, and the water temperature was either scalding hot or freezing cold.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel had excellent facilities. The parking was a plus, and the location was perfect. We were within walking distance of everything, including the lovely shopping centre, bars, and restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful.
