The location of the hotel is simply stunning, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a river running through it. It provides a peaceful and picturesque setting for a relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, and the bathrooms are large and luxurious. The service is impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious, offering a variety of tasty options. the hotel provides a peaceful retreat and a comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

It is unfortunate that the hotel does not have adequate cooling options, such as air conditioning or fans, especially during warm weather. This can make the rooms uncomfortably warm and hinder a good night's sleep.

Our first impression of Brig O' Doon House was simply WOW. The beauty of this place truly amazed us, from the stunning gardens to our immaculate accommodation. We were fortunate to have good weather, allowing us to enjoy the picturesque gardens even more. The dedication of the gardener is worth mentioning, as the gardens were pristine. The food, staff, cleanliness, and overall ambiance of the hotel deserve top marks. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so enjoyable. Additionally, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and we loved being adjacent to the Burns museum. The quality of the food and the exceptional service provided by the friendly and helpful staff were outstanding. Our room was incredibly spacious and provided maximum comfort. The big bath was perfect for a relaxing soak, and the option of a shower was convenient. our stay at Brig O' Doon House was fantastic in every aspect.
