Exceptional customer service from the front desk staff made check-in smooth and welcoming.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent and required multiple attempts to log in during my stay, which was frustrating for working remotely.

The staff were friendly and helpful, especially during check-in. Unfortunately, the noise from the corridor made it hard to sleep.

the air conditioning was controlled by someone in the corporate office, no special treatment for me, how delightful. i expected a complimentary snack for my troubles, but alas, none was offered. i almost gave a glowing review, but just couldn’t!

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by significant issues. The air conditioning in my room was completely unbearable, as it was overly hot and controlled by the front desk. I reported it right away, but my concerns seemed to fall on deaf ears.

The Holiday Inn Baton Rouge College Drive I-10 features clean rooms and comfortable beds. I appreciated the high ceiling and quiet ceiling fan in my room. However, I experienced slow responses from the staff when I had questions, and the shower pressure was inconsistent. Great for short stays but could use better service responsiveness.

We had a wonderful stay with two couples at this hotel. The spacious rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed the quick access to local dining spots and attractions like the Baton Rouge Zoo, which was perfect for the kids.

My children wanted a better breakfast selection for families.

the check-in was a bit slow when we came , but the presidential suite was spacious with 2 full bathrooms and a separate living area. the staff always greeted us with smiles, and the location was perfect for restaurants and stores.

the hotel was very clean, and the staff worked hard to meet our needs. the outdoor pool was inviting and enjoyable (especially after a long day). the location was quite convenient for our business trip, with nearby shops and eateries.

the breakfast options were limited and underwhelming. the dining service could use some improvement.

i had a great time at the holiday inn! the fitness center had excellent equipment, perfect for squeezing in a workout. it’s also close to several restaurants, making dining super convenient. the elevators moved quickly too, which was a nice surprise. plus, the staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to help.

wifi was a bit of a hassle to log into.
