The room was cozy and warm, perfect for a romantic escape. the comfortable bed and pillows provided a great night's sleep. It was a nice touch to have a mini-bar fridge in the room for our own drinks.

The shower was quite small and awkward to maneuver in. the water temperature was inconsistent, alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold.

The check-in process was simple, the room was exceptionally clean, and the welcome pack of beverages was a nice touch. The room was soundproofed and the bedding was exemplary. The staff, especially Jeremy, provided great customer service and made us feel warmly welcomed. The location was convenient, with the city and the beach within walking distance. The hotel offered excellent WiFi and had good security measures in place.

The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and shops. The room was clean and tidy, and we appreciated the complimentary food items that were provided. Additionally, the communication with the host was fast and effective, and they were able to meet all of our requests, including sorting out parking and offering a late checkout.

That the shower pressure on the top floor was quite poor, but the host mentioned they are looking to update it in the future. Additionally, the flashing lights from a nearby guesthouse were a bit annoying, and one loud guest woke up the whole street at 4am.

The room at Surf Guest House was great value for my money and exactly what I needed - simple, clean, and just off the main promenade. The host was amazing - helpful, informative, and made me feel very welcome.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The hotel is perfectly located near the seafront and we were able to purchase a residents parking permit at a fraction of the price. Jeremy, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering a late check-out free of charge. The room had lovely touches with complimentary milk, water, and chocolate in the fridge, along with cereal. The bed was incredibly comfortable with crisp clean sheets. Check-in was a breeze with self-service access codes and a key safe on the room door. Although the toilet/shower area was small, it was adequate. We highly recommend this guest house and will definitely be returning next time we're in Brighton. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

I loved staying at this place! It is in a quiet street, just off the seafront, in a nice area of town. The service was excellent and the staff made me feel very welcome.
