The value for money at Brisbane House was great! The room was modern and impressive, and the location couldn't be better. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to assist with my food allergy.

The hotel breakfast menu could have been improved by offering free range eggs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and had a fantastic view of the seafront. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and not too far from the train station. The staff were friendly and the price for our stay was great.

Choice of cereals, fruit, yogurts, and cooked breakfast. Outside terrace for sunset drinks. Breakfast waitresses excellent. Helpful and friendly staff. Central location on Main Street. Modern communal areas with safety measures. Disposable toiletries and remote controls. Nice view of Isle of Cumbrae from room.

Lovely large room with sea view, perfect for taking in the scenery. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. the complimentary breakfast was great, with a range of options to choose from. the location was ideal, right by the seafront and close to local attractions. Plus, the room was nice and warm, perfect for those chilly nights.

The bathroom was not well-maintained, with various issues such as a loose towel holder and toilet roll holder. the shower drain cover was also broken, and there was nowhere to place soap or shampoo.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with reasonable prices. The attention to detail is remarkable, especially in the lovely modern bathrooms. The hotel's location near the waterside provides a beautiful view and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff are friendly and provide good service. The rooms are equipped with comfortable super king size beds and excellent en suite facilities.

Everything was satisfactory.

We had a great stay at Brisbane House. The location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and the port for the ferry to Millport. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had a double shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was hot and well-cooked, and we didn't have to wait long. Despite a few minor details that needed attention, like scuffed walls and gritty tables, we enjoyed a good night's sleep in a clean room. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great, right next to Nardini's. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no lift, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
