The hotel is conveniently located close to shops and not too far from the train station. The staff were friendly and the price for our stay was great.

Lovely large room with sea view, perfect for taking in the scenery. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was great, with a range of options to choose from. The location was ideal, right by the seafront and close to local attractions. Plus, the room was nice and warm, perfect for those chilly nights.

The bathroom was not well-maintained, with various issues such as a loose towel holder and toilet roll holder. The shower drain cover was also broken, and there was nowhere to place soap or shampoo.

We had a great stay at Brisbane House. The location was excellent, within walking distance to shops and the port for the ferry to Millport. Our room was modern and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom that had a double shower with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was hot and well-cooked, and we didn't have to wait long. Despite a few minor details that needed attention, like scuffed walls and gritty tables, we enjoyed a good night's sleep in a clean room. I would recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious and the location was great, right next to Nardini's. Our room had a beautiful sea view and was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that there was no lift, which could be difficult for those with mobility issues. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
