For the money we paid, Britannia House was worth every penny. The room was cozy and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities and a lovely view of the harbor. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff, especially Tobi, were fantastic - friendly, helpful, and always there to make sure we had a great stay.

The breakfast selection could have been improved by offering a wider variety of fruits and milk options.

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Britannia House Bed & Breakfast. We were delighted to discover that we had a whole apartment to ourselves, complete with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely balcony that caught the sun. the apartment was beautifully decorated and felt just like home. Tobias, our host, was incredibly friendly and cooked a delicious breakfast for us each morning. He made us feel so welcome and we loved chatting with him. the location was also perfect, with both the main high street and marina just a short walk away. We are already planning to return next year!

The hotel was amazing, offering exclusive amenities that made us feel pampered. the service was exceptional, providing everything we needed before we even asked. the location was perfect, being near to the center and all the restaurants. the private facilities were top-notch, allowing us to relax in comfort. the room advantages were incredible, with a beautiful view and luxurious bedding.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location near the pier and easily accessible by train and ferry. The rooms were very well furnished and had fluffy towels and comfortable beds. On top of that, the breakfast was tasty and filling which provided well-needed nourishment for the long day ahead.

The staff was not accommodating, and the quality of housekeeping was below average. Our room was untidy and had terrible odours making it uncomfortable to sleep. The room also had a noisy fan which disturbed our sleep for two nights. This made it the worst lodging experience we've had in this price range.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast served in the lovely farmhouse style kitchen was fantastic. The location was ideal, with easy access to transportation and beautiful walking trails in the New Forest.
