What a fantastic place to spend Christmas! The owners were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They even offered to dry our wet clothes and delivered them back to our room before breakfast. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with underfloor heating and a powerful shower. The provision of a fridge and delicious cake to accompany the tea making facilities was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, with key attractions nearby and a train station that allowed us to explore the area easily.

The only minor downside was that our personal possessions were tidied away during room cleaning, which felt a bit invasive. However, this was a small issue overall and didn't detract from our overall positive experience.

Nestled in a beautiful setting on a hike up Pen-y-Ghent, this budget-friendly accommodation offers a pleasant stay. The spacious and comfortable rooms come with all the essentials you need for a cozy night's sleep. The bathroom is clean and equipped with toiletries and fluffy robes. The friendly and attentive staff provide excellent service, and the delicious breakfast is a great start to the day. Plus, the stunning views of Pen-y-Ghent from the bedroom and nearby pub up the road enhance the overall experience.

The shower could use improvement, as the hot water tends to run out quickly and the drain can get clogged at times.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed. The location in a beautiful setting, surrounded by the stunning dales, was perfect for our hike up Pen-y-Ghent. We also loved the convenience of the allocated parking spot and the easy access to transportation. The breakfast provided was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

We had a great time during our stay! the breakfast options were fantastic, with a wide range of choices including vegan options. the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with plenty of storage for our clothes. the location was ideal for our needs, especially for those looking to hike and explore the area. the beautiful views from the hotel were an added bonus, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The service was friendly and not intrusive at all. the only thing we can think of is that the hot drink selection in the rooms could have had more variety.

We stayed at Broad Croft House for a walking trip and it was perfect. The location is ideal, right on the route of the 3 peaks. The cottage itself is beautifully furnished with all modern amenities. The host was very welcoming and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. The attention to detail was impressive, with a fully equipped kitchen in our pod and a delicious cooked breakfast delivered each morning. We loved the little extras like homemade cake and fresh fruit. Will definitely return with my family next time.

My wife and I recently stayed at a delightful bed and breakfast near the beautiful Yorkshire Dales. The owner was welcoming and showed us all the amenities available during our stay. The room was spotless and we were treated to a fantastic English breakfast each morning. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with Pen-y-Ghent just a stone's throw away. Even without a car, it was easy to travel to other locations thanks to the nearby train station. it was a brilliant stay and we highly recommend this place. Only minor issues were the occasional tidying up of our personal items during cleaning and the lack of WiFi in the pods, but these didn't detract from our enjoyable experience.
