The location of this hotel was perfect, situated right in the heart of the beautiful surroundings but still offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. We were within walking distance of everything we needed and wanted to see.

Our only suggestion for improvement would be to extend the breakfast serving time until 9:30 am. However, this is a minor complaint in an otherwise fantastic experience.

The king suite was perfect, breathtaking view, peaceful, relaxing, delightful amenities, comfortable bed.

From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. the room was clean and beautifully furnished, just like the pictures. the breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of buffet items including homemade jams and muffins. the full English breakfast was particularly delicious. I also appreciated the helpful staff who provided lots of information leaflets, walks, and maps. the parking voucher provided was also very useful. a delightful place that I hope to visit again. I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Windermere. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, and I loved being able to stroll down to the lake and enjoy the beautiful views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was clean and had a lovely view of the park just across the road. It was on the top floor, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast provided a great start to the day with a good choice of options, including various cereals. this hotel offered great value for money and attention to detail, making my stay memorable.

From the moment we arrived at Broadlands, we felt at home. The hosts, Tracey and Trac'e, were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Our twin room was cozy and well-appointed, with a lovely en suite bathroom. The breakfast was exceptional, and the hosts even accommodated my dietary restrictions. We appreciated their insider knowledge of the area, which led us to some amazing walks. The location in the center of Windermere was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and transportation just around the corner. we had a fantastic weekend in the Lakes and would highly recommend Broadlands to anyone seeking a comfortable and friendly stay.

Lovely B&B in a great location, just a few minutes' walk from the train station. The larger room on the top floor had a nice view and was cosy and nicely decorated. The owners were welcoming and clearly take good care of the place. The collection of little watercolour cityscapes in the hallway was a delightful touch. The bus stop one minute away provided easy transport links and there were plenty of eating options nearby. The host surprised us with breakfast and her excellent baking skills.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Dawn, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with little touches like homemade cake and tea/coffee in our room. the breakfasts were delicious, offering a variety of options, and the location was perfect for exploring.

The bathroom could be a bit snug, but it doesn't take away from the overall excellent experience at this B&B.

The two ladies managing the guesthouse were welcoming, friendly, and professional. They paid great attention to detail, and my room was spotless and tastefully furnished. I especially loved the new armchairs. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the train station, restaurants, and bus service to the lakes. The guesthouse also recommended a fantastic day excursion to the Lakes by mini bus.

The staff, particularly the two hosts, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, situated in a quiet street overlooking a park, yet only a two-minute walk away from shops, restaurants, and pubs. Additionally, the hotel was within walking distance from the train and coach station.

Stayed here for Christmas with family and had an enjoyable experience. the hosts were friendly and provided excellent recommendations on nearby attractions and eateries. the rooms were clean and well-equipped with tea and coffee facilities. the location was convenient with local amenities nearby. the breakfast was great and offered various options to cater to different tastes. the homemade cake in the afternoon was a nice touch and made us feel welcome. the car park opposite was reasonably priced.

The shower cubicle was a bit small for taller guests but was functional. the stairs were a bit narrow and steep, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
