We had a fantastic stay at this lovely Bickenhill hotel. The value for money was exceptional, with a warm and cosy room that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The location was perfect, being close to both Birmingham Airport and the NEC arena. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

The only minor improvement for the breakfast option would be to have some fresh fruit or yogurt available.

Getting a taxi via the A2B cars app was simple and convenient. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was satisfactory, although it would have been even better if toast was included.
