We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was excellent and we could easily walk to the City Centre for activities. It was in a quiet area, making it perfect for the Christmas Market. The service was exceptional, and the room amenities were great. We had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, free toiletries, and a sitting area. We loved sitting on the patio, enjoying our morning cuppa while watching the city wake up. The flat-screen tv and carpeted floor made our stay even more comfortable. The dining breakfast was perfect, with outdoor dining area giving us fresh air while enjoying our meals. The staff truly understand excellent customer service. We highly recommend this place to our friends.

As women traveling alone, we loved the excellent location for walking around and exploring Bath. The guest house was situated in a quiet residential area, yet just a short 5-10 minute walk to the center of town. The room at the back of the house had a homely feel and offered a good view over the rooftops of Bath. The friendly owner gave us great tips for the "Skyline walk" and even extended our street parking. The breakfast choices were fantastic with options like cereal, juice, yogurt, and hot food. We felt safe and enjoyed the whole experience.

That the mattress was a bit too firm for my taste and the pillows were a bit lumpy. the breakfast was good, but there wasn't much variety in terms of vegetarian options.
