i had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel, with it being only a short stroll of less than a 5-minute walk to the amazing Plage El Hachen and about almost 2 km from the lively Grand Casino de Djerba, providing me with plenty of opportunities to explore and enjoy the local area.

Our stay was marked by superb service and an inviting atmosphere. The beach club offered fantastic meals, especially the seafood options which were a highlight! Don't miss the spa for rejuvenating treatments. Tip, reserve your lounge chairs early by the pool to enjoy the sun without the rush.

The spacious room with a lovely lateral sea view was stunning. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean. The varied dining options, especially breakfast by the beach, were delicious and a true highlight!

Check-in could be faster, and there were moments where service felt a bit slow.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

the hotel was super amazin, the staff were all so friendly especially the entertainment crew like chahmani and momo. the beach was beautiful and super clean. They had this cool separation for families and couples which was nice. the food had a lot of options and there were no repeated meals during my week stay, really enjoyed it! the spa was awesome too, got a great massage there!

the check-in was a bit slow which was kinda annoying, and sometimes the rooms felt like they needed a deep clean.

While the facilities and staff showed promise, and the beachfront had charming local animals, the overall cleanliness and service left much to be desired. On the positive side, the spa treatments were exceptional, and the indoor pool was a great feature.

It was just a balanced option for a speedy visit in Mezraia with value for money. The heated seawater pool under the blue sky was a daily highlight for relaxation. Consider using the gym early in the morning for a quieter experience.

i nearly considered giving a good review, but my room didn’t get cleaned for hours after a pigeon incident—i mean, surely that deserves some kind of special treatment, right?

I had a wonderful stay at this resort, with breathtaking views from my room and a beautiful pool area that led directly to the beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially in the restaurants, where the food was both delicious and varied. I particularly enjoyed breakfast by the seaside, it was a lovely way to start each day.
