The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was well-equipped and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. We also loved the fact that there was no TV in the room, as it added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

New Year's Eve at this hotel was an amazing experience. the sea tractor that takes you across the causeway is an excitement that cannot be missed. The food in the restaurant was fantastic, and we were fortunate to have a window seat with stunning views of the sea. the staff were very attentive and created a lovely atmosphere.

That our room wasn't as spacious as we had hoped, with limited storage space. , the bathroom was slightly outdated and the shower wasn't very powerful.

The hotel's art deco style and stunning views made for a truly nostalgic and luxurious experience. The Malcolm room, with its separate sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom, was perfect for my stay. The Jazz band on Monday evening was excellent, and dancing on the terrace next to the ballroom was a highlight. Vlad, the manager, made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The sea tractor provided a unique and memorable way to leave the island.
