Nothing, it was perfect.

The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness was top-notch, from the sheets to the towels. The evening meal was excellent and great value for money. The staff provided excellent service, and I appreciated the option to pay for food at the bar. The parking was convenient and the location ideal. I also want to give a shout out to the friendly bar and reception staff who made my stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms, even with all the windows open, have a splendid sea view and comfortable beds. The breakfast is delicious, especially the fried eggs.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a beach town. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the town center but still peaceful and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised by the sea view from my room, it exceeded my expectations. I had a great weekend getaway and would recommend this place to others.

Small but adequate room, windows only open a little. Basic dining room but good breakfast. Quiet location. Room with sea view, comfortable bed, acceptable chairs. Excellent tea/coffee making. Bathroom with bath and shower over, good quality. Swimming pool a bonus, warm and fun. Lovely big comfy beds, clean and tidy. Nice view of seafront. Great location, short walk to attractions. Warm pool, an added bonus. Fantastic hotel directly opposite the beach. Great pool and games room for kids. Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Lovely dinner and breakfast, cooked to perfection. I recently stayed at Palm Court in Great Yarmouth for a few days of relaxation. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door. The room I stayed in was clean and offered a fantastic sea view. I especially loved the charming and unique lift in the hotel. The breakfast options were plentiful, and I appreciated that it was cooked to order instead of being a standard buffet. I would definitely choose to stay at Palm Court again.

The hotel provided good off-road parking, which was really convenient. the location was also great with everything within a 10-minute walk. the staff were really friendly and polite, and always happy to help. the room was cosy and comfortable and had all the key amenities we needed. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious and filling and a great start to our day.

The hotel had limited options for drinks, which made our choices a bit limited. we didn't like the policy of having to exit the building to smoke.
