The spacious room was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The staff, particularly the Morning Duty Manager, Clare, were professional and welcoming. They even called to ensure everything was okay in my room. The breakfast selection was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's location, just a few minutes from the motorway and on the Ridgeway Path, was perfect for my cycling group. The hotel provided a secure indoor storage area for our bikes, which was very convenient.

The hotel had beautiful surroundings, with spacious and comfortable rooms. the location was convenient, being close to a major motorway and within easy reach of a nearby city. Plus, the staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming.

One staff member, possibly a manager, was very rude and sarcastic. This negative attitude extended towards the other staff members as well.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the slow-closing bedroom doors, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. the bedroom in the main hotel was comfortable and had a separate sitting/TV area. the bathroom was spacious with a double wash basin and bath/shower. the location was beautiful with a charming courtyard and lovely gardens. We enjoyed the ease of access to the rooms and the option to bring our dog to the bar for breakfast. the swing in the courtyard was a hit with our three-year-old. We also appreciated the well-equipped fitness suite. All in all, a real find!

I recently stayed at a charming hotel conveniently located just off the M40, making it the perfect stopover on my journey to London. The room was spacious and clean, with on-trend decor and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options to choose from. I also enjoyed the large seating area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of traveling.

I did notice some small black mold patches on the grouting in the bathroom.

We had an incredible stay at the Mercure hotel. the staff were so friendly and accommodating, especially when we checked in and out very late. They made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of choices. We were even impressed when the kitchen staff boiled some carrots and eggs for my 6-month-old baby when we forgot his lunch! These small acts of kindness truly made a difference to our stay. We will definitely be returning to this lovely hotel.

We had great value for our money with a clean and bright room, plus friendly staff who provided excellent service. The location was perfect, nestled at the foot of the Chiltern Hills and only a short drive away from Thame.

The breakfast offerings could be improved, maybe by offering a wider variety of options.

The hotel location is fantastic, conveniently close to a motorway junction, yet quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities are great, with a lovely welcome reception area and a cosy, nicely lit bar and restaurant. Everywhere is very clean, thanks to the meticulous housekeeping staff who go the extra mile. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the staff were well trained and very customer-focused, making my solo stay of 3 nights and 2 days a truly enjoyable experience.

The Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel Aston Rowant is an easy to find location just off the motorway, making it convenient for exploring nearby towns such as Thame, Chinnor, and Princes Risborough. The hotel bar area offers plenty of seating, both indoors and outside, providing a pleasant space to relax. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely view of the Chilterns. The staff are friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a range of options.

The hotel is quite isolated, with limited options for nearby shops, restaurants, and pubs.

I recently stayed at Mercure in Aston Rowant for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, and the bar area had a cozy atmosphere. The parking facilities were also very good, which was a plus for me.

Had a great New Year's experience at this hotel! the continental breakfast served in-room was delicious, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. This hotel is in a great location with easy access to nearby attractions. the staff were very responsive and took care of our needs quickly. My favorite part was the outdoor seating. It was perfect for enjoying a beverage while taking in the fresh air and beautiful views.

The soundproofing between rooms was poor, so it was hard to have a peaceful night's sleep. the AC was difficult to operate and caused an issue.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Thame and it was definitely worth the price. The room was great and had all the amenities I needed. Plus, the location was perfect, close to the M40 and in a beautiful setting at the foot of the Chiltern Hills. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Great experience overall!

We stayed at Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel for a week to attend Garsington Opera. The location was excellent, close to Henley, Oxford, and lovely countryside pubs. The hotel had friendly staff, a good-quality restaurant, and a well-stocked bar. We appreciated the monitored parking and plenty of it. The room, check-in process, and breakfast were all satisfactory. a pleasant stay.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
