We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to shops, pubs, and the lake. The room was great, and the spa with a poolside bar was beautiful. The unexpected provision of milk, tea, coffee, and washing up supplies was a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was good value and we even received a reduced offer via email beforehand. The pool was lovely and it was great that we could enjoy a drink in the pool until late. The restaurant served delicious food and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. a fantastic stay!

The location of the hotel was perfect, with stunning views of the nearby lake and just a short walk away from charming restaurants and bars. In the kitchen, everything we needed was provided, making it easy to cook meals. The room was spacious and cozy, with exceptionally comfortable beds and impeccable cleanliness.

One night was spoiled by rowdy guests who kept us awake for hours with their shouting and knocking on doors.

We stayed at Lakes Spa for a relaxing weekend getaway. The room was beautiful, clean, and relaxing, and the spa was amazing for us. The bars had cozy and beautiful interiors, making it a perfect spot to unwind. We were impressed with the well-equipped apartment, comfortable beds, and the immaculate cleanliness. The staff, especially Sean, were helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Next time we visit Bowness, we will definitely be returning to Burnside.
