Stayed here for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the room might have been small, but it was spotless and cozy—perfect for a good night's sleep. the bar had a great atmosphere, and the food was delicious. the breakfast might have been a bit disorganized, but the chef was willing to cook anything we wanted, and it turned out amazing. a lovely stay.

One minor hiccup was the noise coming from the bar below our room, which kept us awake longer than we had hoped. the door handle was a bit tricky to use, took some effort to unlock.

I keep returning for weekends. From my first stay where the staff lent me a phone charger, I am hooked. It has Wi-Fi, free parking, a nice lounge, and a golf course. With a restaurant, TV, kettle, kid's menu - it's all I need!

Just a minor issue with room temperature, but the overall experience was delightful. A hidden gem for a cozy getaway.

The value for money at the Angel Inn was great, with comfy beds, modern rooms and a lovely garden area for the kids. The staff were friendly and the service was on point.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to upgrade the morning meal, as the sausage and coffee could have been better.

The room, although small, was clean and comfortable, with nice warm bedding and fluffy towels. The bar food for supper was excellent, and the staff were friendly throughout our stay. a lovely hotel and restaurant experience.

Good restaurant service and a good cooked breakfast. The food was hot and fresh with no long waiting times. The staff were friendly and super helpful, especially the waitress in the bar. They made the stay enjoyable.- The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. The temperature of the room was just right.

The room I stayed in was above the bar, and the noise kept me awake until late. It was not ideal for someone who prefers an early bedtime.

The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was modern, which was a pleasant surprise. Another excellent fact is that the hotel staff were friendly, and we were allowed to join them for a nightcap as residents. the location was central, and we had easy access to all the great attractions in the area.

The room was quite small, and there were too many ornaments around, which made the place feel overcrowded. the toilet dripped all night, and we couldn't get a sound sleep.

Attended a wedding nearby and stayed at this fantastic pub for 2 nights. The food was absolutely amazing, with a wide selection on the menu to suit all tastes and budgets. The bar and restaurant staff were all delightful, helpful, and efficient. The room was clean and basic but perfectly adequate for our stay. The breakfast, cooked by a friendly and humorous gentleman, was a great start to the day. The large car park and outdoor space are definitely a bonus, especially in warmer months. couldn't recommend this hotel more!
