The single room I stayed in was comfortable and spotlessly clean, with a lovely en suite bathroom. Liz's attention to detail and personalized touch, like remembering everyone's names, made me feel valued as an individual. The location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and great shopping and dining options. I highly recommend any property managed by Liz for a comfortable and welcoming experience.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the beach and a short walk to the town center and train station. We loved being able to easily access both the scenic coastline and all the amenities we needed. The room we stayed in was bright, spacious, and well-appointed with comfortable seating areas and a clean ensuite bathroom. The views from our room were absolutely stunning, with sights of the sea and Arran in the distance. The breakfast here was a true delight, with generous portions of delicious food made from high-quality ingredients. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and store our bags after check out. this place provided us with a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Slight dust in room.

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, right next to the sea front, allowing me to easily walk to everything Ayr has to offer, from the beautiful beach to the town center. The hotel facilities were impeccable, with a clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in Scottish hotels/guest houses, truly delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my solo trip feel less lonely.

Lovely B&B just a short walk to the beach and town center. The rooms were clean and cozy with great sunset views. The breakfast was amazing with options for gluten intolerances that were even better than any major hotel I've stayed in. Loved chatting with the other guests during breakfast.

The wifi kept dropping out for me which made it difficult to stay connected. But overall, this was a great place to stay that was centrally located with friendly hosts.
