our recent stay in burnham-on-crouch was great, but burnt mill cottage made it even better! ria's warm welcome, spotless rooms, and amazing cooked breakfast exceeded our expectations. we felt at home and loved the spacious parking and free wifi. a hidden gem indeed!

The location of the hotel was great, being close to where we needed to be for a family wedding. The couple running the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. the cooked breakfast provided everything we needed to start the day off right.

Our room felt a bit cramped, especially in terms of the bathroom facilities. There was limited shelf space and the lack of privacy in the bathroom area was a downside.

Our stay at a hidden gem called Burnt Mill Cottage was simply wonderful. From the warm welcome by Ria to the spotless bedrooms and well-stocked provisions, everything exceeded our expectations. The cooked breakfast, complete with fresh juice and fruits, was delicious and included in the price. The convenient parking space and free WiFi were great bonuses. Ria truly went the extra mile to ensure our comfort and make us feel at home. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We hit up Hotel Triplets and Family Entertainment – talk about a blast! Super close to all the cool spots, comfy beds for recovering from partying hard, and the hosts were chill.

Could use more lively evening activities for us youngins, like a bonfire or game room. Just a little extra fun to amp up the vibe!

We had a delightful stay at this welcoming B&B. The hosts, Ria & Stephen, made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Our ground floor room was lovely and clean, with a private en-suite shower. We appreciated the provided tea and coffee facilities, as well as the tasty chocolate biscuits. The option to order a cooked-to-order breakfast was a fantastic touch, ensuring a fresh and delicious meal. The property is conveniently located, with a short walk into Burnham where we enjoyed dining at St. Peppers & Ruam Thai. We were grateful for the great parking and the overall warmth and hospitality of our hosts. Thanks again for a lovely stay!
