Paradise-like island, attentive and friendly staff, best food ever, clean and well-kept rooms, excellent spa and gym facilities, wide range of entertainment options.

For us it was ideal.

This resort is located in a picturesque setting, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding islands and crystal-clear waters. Guests can enjoy a variety of dining options, with delicious food served in all the restaurants, including the Kakuni restaurant. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities. Guests can also take advantage of the infinity pool and other facilities, such as the jungle-like pool with waterfalls. The staff provides exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Some aspects of the hotel could be improved to provide an even better experience for guests.

The complimentary drinks upon arrival were nice, and the room location had a great view of the beach. The hotel was also close to some good restaurants and local attractions.

The room was not clean upon arrival and the staff was uninterested in fixing it. The pool was also dirty and crowded, and there were not enough lounge chairs for guests.

Excellent service, stunning views, wide variety of activities, delicious food, and well-organized transfers.

The food and drinks were exceptional, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The overall atmosphere of the resort was relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and made us feel like part of a big family. There were plenty of activities to do, and the water villas were magnificent. The management was generous and accommodating, allowing us to stay past our checkout time with a free lunch. The location and view were breathtaking.

Felt like being home, no complaints.

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue with outstanding service. The Spa & wellness centre offers a variety of treatments such as full body massage, body wraps, facials, and manicures. The infinity pool and sun terrace provide a spectacular view, while the beach has easy access and provides a leisure/TV room. The restaurant offers an impeccable breakfast and packed lunches. The room advantages are perfect and exclusive, including a private open-air bath, pool with a view, shallow end, and outdoor dining table.

The only minor issue we encountered was the delay of our seaplane. Despite being informed about the time change, we would have appreciated an earlier heads-up about the delay and luggage issues.
