We recently stayed at the Cadogan, a Belmond Hotel, and it was a perfect experience. the location was central yet surprisingly quiet, and only a short walk from Hyde Park. the boutique hotel had a friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were even pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a junior suite, which was absolutely beautiful. the room had everything we needed, including a spacious bathroom with a deep bath and separate shower. We appreciated the smaller details like the powerful hairdryer, magnifying mirror, and abundance of towels. the hotel bar had a lovely outside terrace, perfect for enjoying cocktails in the evening.

The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the private park right across the street. Guests can enjoy a tranquil stroll in the beautiful garden or take a quick walk on the nearby tube. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with high-class furniture and unique art pieces on the walls. The staff provides top-notch service, ensuring a pleasant and welcoming experience. Additionally, the breakfast offered is delightful, adding to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

The gym facilities are on the smaller side, which might pose a challenge for guests who prefer spacious exercise areas.

Had a decent Christmas celebration at a hotel. the on-site restaurant provided scrumptious food, including traditional turkey and ham, with an unlimited drinks package. the rooms had a cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedding. the hotel's location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions like museums and shopping venues. the hotel lobby had a grand, welcoming entrance that felt luxurious.

The staff were not as accommodating as we expected. the receptionist seemed cold and distant, not giving us the warm welcome we expected.

A Belmond Hotel made my stay truly memorable. The talented team created a warm and timeless atmosphere. My suite was elegant and opulent, and the restaurant, led by Adam Handling, exceeded my expectations. The service, warmth, and personality of the staff were exceptional. I highly recommend this luxurious boutique hotel.

This hotel oozes luxury with its impeccable service and exclusive amenities. the Spa and wellness centre is perfect for those who want a relaxing retreat, offering a variety of massages that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. the garden area is a hidden gem, surrounded by lush flora, providing a serene escape from the bustling city.

The private facilities were amazing, with a spacious room equipped with exclusive advantages. the location may not appeal to all travelers, as it is slightly further away from some sites and museums.

The concierge was great, helpful staff, clean hotel, central location, upgraded to a junior suite, beautiful room with a big bathroom.
