We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Zarauz. The price/quality ratio is unbeatable! The rooms, although the common areas may look worn, are comfortable and functional. We particularly loved the good showers, hair dryer, and free wifi. The double glazing and heating ensured a cozy stay, and the free private parking was a great convenience. The location was amazing, just a short walk from the beach. The staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and even allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out. we couldn't have asked for more from our stay in Zarauz.

Excellent value for money, I paid a great price for a week's stay including half board and guided tours. The hotel was well-prepared and had quick and friendly reception. Rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. Bathroom had toiletries and hot water was always available. Plenty of outlets for charging devices and good lighting. Towels were changed regularly and cleaning was of a high standard. The hotel is conveniently located near shops, ATMs, and the beach.

During our stay, we found the hotel's location to be very convenient. It was situated on the Camino Route, making it easy to access for walkers and cyclists. Additionally, it was close to the beautiful sea shore, allowing us to enjoy leisurely walks along the beach. Moreover, it was not far from the city center where we could indulge in the local tapas in the evening.

The hotel could benefit from a renovation as it appeared quite basic for the price. The paper-thin walls and noisy plumbing were a bit disruptive, especially when other guests flushed their toilets, causing the pipes to gurgle and waking us up.

The hotel could improve the soundproofing in the upper bedrooms.

The value for the price of the room at this old-fashioned hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The location near the beach and bars was perfect. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially when we arrived late at 1 in the morning. We couldn't have asked for more, and we have had consistently great experiences every time we've stayed here.

The hotel offered a pleasant view from the room and it was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, minutes away from the beach and easy access to local bars and cafes.

The noise level was high, especially on the weekends. Unfortunately, there wasn't a bar in the hotel, only a vending machine, and the motorcycle parking was far away from the hotel.
