Our kids had a blast playing with the farm animals and the available toys. The cottage was fully equipped and had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a dishwasher. The peaceful surroundings made for a truly relaxing experience, and we were also able to easily explore the nearby attractions. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this place to families looking for a memorable getaway.

We immediately felt at home, especially when we saw the table set with plates and wine glasses and were presented with a bottle of wine. the cottage had everything we needed, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds. the kids had a blast with the ducks, horses, chickens, and rabbits, as well as the toys and board games available. the location was perfect, offering a quiet and relaxing experience while still being close to the main road and many attractions in Snowdonia. We highly recommend a visit to this cottage and hope to return ourselves.

cae berllan cottages in groeslon exceeded our expectations during this little getaway. the property was spacious and perfect for our large family and dog. the owners were welcoming and even provided little extras like a dishwasher and a bottle of wine. overall, a fantastic experience.

Our second stay at the cottage and again, we had a really lovely time. Located just a short 5-minute walk from a stunning local beach, Cae Berllan Cottages offers the perfect getaway. the family who owns the cottage is incredibly welcoming and ensures everything is ready for your arrival. the beds are comfortable, and the cottage has everything you need. the kids will have a blast with the large gardens, toys, and plenty of animals to interact with. With great communication and friendly suggestions on where to go and what to see, this place is a winner. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time at this lovely cottage in the Welsh countryside. Our family stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to board games and books for entertainment. The shared garden was a standout feature, with plenty of outdoor toys for the kids and a BBQ for us to enjoy. The location was ideal, only a short drive to a beautiful beach and attractions like Snowdon. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The cottage was spacious and had a nice kitchen with all the necessary amenities. the surrounding area was peaceful and relaxing, providing a great escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. the hosts were friendly and provided helpful information about local attractions and dining options.

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, which made it difficult to use for work purposes. there were a few issues with the cottage, such as a difficult-to-open toilet door, that could have been fixed to improve the overall experience.

The hosts were very welcoming and answered all my questions quickly. They even accepted and put away my Tesco delivery before I arrived. the cottage was clean and spacious, with a lovely layout and a large dining table. the complimentary bottle of wine in the fridge was a nice surprise. the location was great for exploring the local scenery and there were plenty of appliances available for use.

There was a lack of drying/hanging space at the front door, which was inconvenient for wet coats and hiking boots. the wood decking was also very slippery when wet, posing a potential safety hazard.

The cottage size and layout were perfect for our family of six. The kids loved the Wi-Fi and playing outside in the spacious front and back areas. The location was superb, close to Caignaforn and Portmadog. The cottage was clean, cosy, and well-equipped with a kitchen and plenty of crockery. We appreciated the provided towels for our large family.

It is well-heated and offers good facilities, including a hot bath and comfortable sofas. The presence of wildlife, such as rabbits, cats, and chickens, adds to the charm of the place. On top of that, the bottle of wine provided upon arrival is a lovely touch.

As a light sleeper, I found the mattress topper on the double bed to be uncomfortable.
