The guest house is located in a lovely quiet area, close to everything and right by the beach. The rooms are basic but clean and come with all the usual facilities. The service from the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, with plenty of choice including a delicious full English breakfast. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views if they take a walk along the front.

The decor and furniture in the rooms are outdated and in need of a makeover.

Superb location, wonderful welcome

I recently stayed at a fantastic hotel in Scarborough and had an amazing experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely superb, with everything I wanted to see and do within easy reach. From the moment I arrived, I received a warm and friendly welcome from the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is convenient, not far from the cliff lift down to the beach and it's around a 15-minute walk into town. The room was spacious and comfortable, with up-to-date TVs and a good picture. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, offering a fantastic breakfast with a great choice of options. the hotel had fluffy towels, thick carpets on the stairs to minimize noise, and wifi in the room.

Fantastic staff that went above and beyond, especially accommodating for my gluten-free needs. They even celebrated my son's birthday! Best B&B ever!

Lovely room, very comfortable. Warm greeting from the host. Directions to nearby fish and chip shop. Provided tray, plate, cutlery and bread and butter. Would stay again and recommend.
