My boyfriend and I spent two nights at Caledonian House and it was the highlight of our trip! The inn is charming and spotless, with a beautiful view of the beach and Dornoch across the bay. Our sea-view suite was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-size bed and a modern bathroom. The owner was a fantastic hostess, ensuring our happiness and sharing her knowledge of Scottish cuisine. Breakfast was delicious and the jams/preserves were a standout. The location was perfect, with a lovely beach just across the road and a friendly pub nearby. We also enjoyed spotting seals as we dined in the evening. We will definitely be recommending this wonderful inn to others!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy inn with stunning sea views. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a modern bathroom and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a great variety and was served with a beautiful view. The location was perfect for beach walks and exploring the charming seaside town. The owner, Carol, was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the nearby Italian restaurant. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at this charming bed & breakfast. From the moment we arrived, the friendly owner made us feel incredibly welcome. the shared areas were bright and clean, and our room was spacious with a king-sized bed and a clean ensuite. the highlight was definitely the breakfast - the best porridge I've ever had and a full Highland Breakfast with veggie options too! the location was beautiful, with a lovely view of the sea, and it was close enough to Tain for dinner. Complimentary snacks and a great selection of teas and coffees were a nice touch. a fantastic experience!

The breakfast at Caledonian House was absolutely amazing! We were treated to a delicious feast every morning, and the stunning sea view from the breakfast room made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable stay. We were fortunate to have a room with a sea view, and it was absolutely breathtaking. The location of the hotel is fantastic, with beautiful scenery all around. We even had the incredible experience of seeing dolphins from our room on the first night! The owner, Carol, was incredibly nice and made us feel right at home. The female staff member who served us breakfast was also extremely friendly and provided excellent service. our stay at Caledonian House was superb, and I would highly recommend it.
