My boyfriend and I spent two nights at Caledonian House and it was the highlight of our trip! The inn is charming and spotless, with a beautiful view of the beach and Dornoch across the bay. Our sea-view suite was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable king-size bed and a modern bathroom. The owner was a fantastic hostess, ensuring our happiness and sharing her knowledge of Scottish cuisine. Breakfast was delicious and the jams/preserves were a standout. The location was perfect, with a lovely beach just across the road and a friendly pub nearby. We also enjoyed spotting seals as we dined in the evening. We will definitely be recommending this wonderful inn to others!

I had the most fantastic stay at a lovely B&B with a breathtaking view. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was simply outstanding. The town was charming, with a beautiful beach nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a beach getaway. I had a wonderful time and would love to return.

We had an amazing stay at this charming bed & breakfast. From the moment we arrived, the friendly owner made us feel incredibly welcome. The shared areas were bright and clean, and our room was spacious with a king-sized bed and a clean ensuite. The highlight was definitely the breakfast - the best porridge I've ever had and a full Highland Breakfast with veggie options too! The location was beautiful, with a lovely view of the sea, and it was close enough to Tain for dinner. Complimentary snacks and a great selection of teas and coffees were a nice touch. a fantastic experience!

Great location for exploring the beautiful northeastern coast of Scotland with easy access to the west side too. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. , the breakfast was excellent, with a good choice of options and friendly staff.

The walls were a little thin, so we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms. the noise of seagulls was quite bothersome, with the bad smell and bird droppings around the entrance area.
