It was just a short 10-minute walk to the city center and very close to St Nicholas park. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable, and the private parking available gave me peace of mind. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of both hot and cold options. I recently stayed at this hotel in Warwickshire and had a great experience. the location was perfect - situated just off the canal and on a main road with a bus stop right outside, it was very convenient for exploring the centre of Warwick. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, with the manager Bruna being particularly wonderful. Lastly, the room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed including a kettle, tea/coffee, and a hairdryer. It also had a big bathroom which was a pleasant surprise. I had a fantastic stay at this hotel!

And thirdly, the location was superb, just a short walk away from the charming town of Warwick and the picturesque St Nicholas Park with its riverside walk. The service provided by the friendly staff was top-notch, and the basic amenities provided ensured a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the delicious cooked-to-order breakfast, using high-quality produce and skillfully prepared by the lovely landlady.

The property had ample parking space at the back and the owners were incredibly welcoming. the room was clean with a comfortable bed and stable wifi connection. I took advantage of the private parking and was pleased with the helpfulness of the owners. the location was ideal for my business trip and the room was very reasonably priced.

The location was not ideal for a vacation, it was clearly intended as a place to sleep while exploring the local town. However, this was not a concern for me, it was easily accessible by car and the quality of the room more than made up for it.

The owners of this hotel, a lovely family, made our stay special with their hospitality. The breakfast was delicious, with high-quality sausages and bacon that convinced even a non-fan like me. The room we stayed in was spacious and had a modern bathroom with plenty of hot water. The attention to detail and the value for money at this hotel were superb.

I also had concerns about the safety of the electrical items, as there were incomplete or no PAT testing stickers on the plug tops, and the kettle had exposed wires.
