The large size of the rooms and bathrooms were quite impressive, and we loved the fact that they were recently refurbished. We also had the convenience of having a flat-screen TV and a fridge in our room. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements and surprised us with special biscuits in our room upon arrival. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of choices available. The location of this place was ideal, as it was close to all the local attractions. The staff's knowledge of the area was also quite useful in planning our day trips.

So close to everything you need for a lovely stay: shops, restaurants, and attractions. Clean and well-appointed room with a mini fridge and corkscrew for convenience. Great hospitality from the friendly host who recommended fantastic places to eat. Excellent breakfast with a nice selection to start the day right.

I had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The room was clean, the bed was cozy, and the pillows were excellent. The location was great, with restaurants and services nearby, and it was easy to explore the area. Hotel breakfast can be improved by allowing guests to choose their own table without assigned room numbers. This would prevent any confusion or delays in the breakfast routine and ensure a smoother dining experience for everyone.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this guesthouse. From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed and the cleanliness of the property was outstanding. We were able to leave our luggage early and when we returned, our bags had already been taken up to our room. The breakfast was delicious, with everything prepared and ready for us. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The added bonus of a fridge and tea/coffee facilities in the room was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend staying here for the excellent value, cleanliness, friendly host, and convenient location.

Although the toilet system and fridge in our room were a bit noisy at night, we were able to manage by turning off the fridge and closing the window to block out any outside noise. Additionally, parking was a bit of a challenge but there were alternative parking options nearby.

I stayed at this place recently and had a fantastic experience! The location couldn't have been better - just a short stroll away from the beach and pier. The room was lovely and had everything I needed, from a cozy sitting area to a flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Plus, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a huge bonus. a top-notch stay!

This hotel is perfect for families.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. the location was ideal for walking, cycling and swimming. It was also close to fantastic restaurants and shops. the cable car to Great Orme was just a short stroll away. We enjoyed sitting outside and soaking up the atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of parking, both on the street and in the hotel.

There was limited parking, so we had to be careful to arrive early to avoid disappointment. the yellow line parking started giving out fines from 10am onwards, which was something we weren't aware of.
