Worst parking situation - difficult to find a space even when the hotel is not full. Beds need upgrading, bathroom facilities need maintenance.

The hotel is in a great location next to the river, with plenty to do in the area. The staff are fantastic and create a wonderful atmosphere in the lounge and dining areas. The rooms are pleasant, with floor to ceiling windows offering views of the river. The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped with top quality toiletries. Breakfast is excellent, with a good buffet and a la carte hot breakfast using high quality ingredients. Facilities include a Nespresso machine and Bose Soundlink speaker in the room.

The food in the lounge bar in the evening was a bit bland.

As dog lovers, we were impressed by the fabulous rooms and suites that were so well suited for visitors traveling with their beloved pets. It was a true testament to the respect shown to us as pet owners. The location was also stunning, with beautiful views of the river from our suites, making our anniversary even more special. we had a fabulous stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Visited Captain's Club Hotel & Spa for a relaxing weekend getaway. The modern decor and high standard of furnishings were impressive. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a luxurious apartment with a stunning river view. The food at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. The location by the river allowed for lovely walks to the marina and castle. The free spa facilities, including the hydrotherapy pool and sauna, were a bonus. Can't wait to return!

During my business trip, I had a great experience at a hotel located in a beautiful spot and with great atmosphere. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always available to accommodate our needs. the room service breakfast was amazing, and the food at the restaurant was of high quality, leaving nothing to be desired.
