Modern apartment with free parking, 10-minute walk to town center. Essential toiletries provided, along with tea, coffee, and a bottle of bubbly. Efficient kitchen, well-equipped. Comfortable sofa bed for kids, TV included. Lovely location close to shops and beach.

The welcome biscuits and wine were a lovely surprise, adding a personal touch. The spacious room with a high ceiling felt secure, perfect for a couple or small family. Despite the busy street outside, the sparkling cleanliness, huge comfortable bed, and well-equipped kitchen made it a truly relaxing stay.

This place was absolutely mind, blowing! the decor was super modern with jaw, dropping extras like free Wi, Fi, coffee machine. DEFINITELY coming back! .

clean rooms - close to the beach - easy access to town centre. the hosts were incredibly helpful – they offered to buy us dinner when the hob broke, and even upgraded us to a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment at no extra charge.

The value for money was great, with a modern and clean room, bathroom, and kitchen. The location was convenient, just outside the town centre. The staff went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary dinner when there was an issue with the hob in our original room.

I recently stayed at Casa Fresa in Broughty Ferry for a business trip. The Heather studio was incredibly modern and clean, with a bathroom that I wish I had at home. The hosts went above and beyond when the hob was broken, offering to buy us dinner or even a different apartment at Union House. They were the most accommodating hosts I've encountered in my 10 years of traveling for work. The apartment itself was well-decorated and had all the amenities needed for a convenient stay, including a dishwasher, oven, and hob.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Wow, I can't believe how close I was to sandy beaches, historical landmarks, and Dundee Airport! I even had the luxury of relaxing in the garden. Amazing!

Oh, the joy of dealing with a noisy tap, a shower that sounds like a jackhammer, and doors that make me feel like I'm living in a wind tunnel. How delightful!

I stayed at Casa Fresa for 3 nights and it was perfect for my visit. The spacious ground floor apartment had excellent facilities, including a separate dining area. The decor was first class and the bed was very comfortable. The apartment had a separate entrance and parking was available nearby. The location was great, just a short walk to the Esplanade and Broughty Ferry town centre. The welcome gifts of biscuits and wine were a nice touch and the high ceiling added to the spacious feel. Casa Fresa is ideal for couples or small families.

Stayed at a beautiful, clean, and comfortable property just outside the town centre. the room, bathroom, and kitchen were sparkling, and they even left a bottle of wine as a nice touch. the location was perfect, allowing for easy access to both Edinburgh and Aberdeen, as well as Dundee. the bed was large and comfortable, and I appreciated the apartment's overall cleanliness. It was a great base for exploring the area, and I would definitely stay here again.

lovely studio apartment, clean, comfortable, had everything you need for a short break. jacuzzi bath was a big bonus. nice touch to have toiletries and tea/coffee supplied and prosecco and cookies were a lovely surprise, thank you. would be happy to stay again. exceeded our expectations.

Noisy plumbing.

We had a fantastic time during our Christmas getaway. the room was sparkling clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We also loved the fact that the kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy for us to cook our own meals. the location was perfect, with a short walk to both the beach and the main street. We also enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment, providing us with plenty of room to relax and unwind.

While we had a great experience overall, there were a couple of downsides. the room we received was not what we had expected, lacking the features we had specifically chosen.
