The hotel staff were very professional and attentive, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. the restaurant offered a delicious evening meal with attention to detail and the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to key attractions in the area. Additionally, the hotel provided little extras that showed their commitment to customer satisfaction.

One negative aspect was the lack of options for people with allergies in the restaurant. Despite pre-notification and requests, the staff failed to provide any dairy-free desserts, offering only sorbet as an alternative.

The hotel was impressively clean, from the rooms to the facilities. Parking was convenient. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions I wanted to see in the city, including the cathedral. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of freshly cooked options. The staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay enjoyable.

I had always heard good things about this boutique hotel, so when I needed a last-minute overnight base, I decided to give it a try. The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were upgraded to a beautiful suite in the main house, complete with lovely touches like a filter coffee pot and fresh milk in the fridge. The bed was huge and incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious with a luxurious shower. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the onsite restaurant, with the halibut being a standout dish. Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. While the parking arrangements were a bit restricted and complicated on weekends, we were able to safely park in different locations each time we needed to. this boutique hotel surpassed my expectations and is definitely one of the finest I have ever stayed in.

The hotel had stunning views of the river, beautiful surroundings and was located near the Cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we were upgraded to a townhouse suite with its own conservatory and garden. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and lovely welcome gifts.

During my recent stay, I was delighted by the comfortable and well-furnished restaurant at Castle House. The ambiance was lovely, and the food was truly delicious. Additionally, the quiet location and picturesque garden provided the perfect setting for relaxation and refreshment. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel for its culinary delights and serene atmosphere.

Nice, well-appointed room with all the amenities we needed, including a fridge and local produce. The hotel had excellent service and a convenient parking option. The staff were friendly and always had a conversation and smile, making us feel welcome.

The room was the most relaxing I've stayed in for years - perfect for a light sleeper. The staff were amazingly helpful and knowledgeable. The food and cocktails were delicious, especially the asparagus.

The room was beautifully decorated and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was great, close to the town center and within walking distance to a nice party venue. I also enjoyed the tranquil garden and lake.

The room was very small, not as represented in the photographs. Additionally, there was a constant vibrating sound from some mechanism next to my room, possibly ventilation or air-conditioning, which was quite annoying.

The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and attention to detail. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, being situated in a historic area near the cathedral. I particularly enjoyed having tea on the terrace, which had a terrific view. The breakfast was excellent, with well-sourced items cooked to order.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Hereford. The attention to detail was excellent, from the complimentary bottled water and fruit in the room to the small decanter of sherry. The staff were incredibly helpful and the rooms were very comfortable, with VERY comfy beds and an excellent shower. The breakfast was delicious, with a great vegetarian option and well sourced items, and the views over the river were stunning. The location of the hotel was perfect, with everything we wished to see within walking distance in the centre of Hereford.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and spacious, with a nice little balcony that led onto the grass area next to the moat. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast provided was outstanding - high quality and delicious. Not only that, but they even provided a free little basket with pressed apple juice, macaroons, local crisps, and fruit. The staff were friendly and pleasant, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful garden beside a stretch of water which was part of the original castle moat. It was also close to the cathedral and in an historic area.
