Great location, close to amenities and attractions. the bed was comfortable and the water in the shower was hot.

Check-in process was confusing, as it wasn't clear that it was located in the pub downstairs. the noise level was unbearable, with loud music playing late into the night from the bar below.

I recently stayed at a hotel located right beside a tram stop in London. The location was very convenient as it provided easy access to tram links, making it a breeze to explore the city. The room I stayed in was spacious and newly decorated, providing a comfortable stay. The bathroom was clean and the shower was lovely, with a rainforest showerhead. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and kind, offering discounts on food and drink at the attached restaurant and bar. it was a great stay in an ordinary area of London.

There was one small issue I encountered during my stay. The sink in the bathroom lacked a plug, making it inconvenient for certain tasks.

We had a decent stay at this hotel. the room was nicely decorated with a lovely bathroom setup. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, always with a smile on their face. We also appreciated the free parking available outside the hotel, and the fact that the room had a kettle and tea/coffee provided.
