The walk down to the pond is idyllic, providing a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle. The reception staff are friendly and efficient, ensuring a warm welcome. the breakfast is delightful, with huge sausages and attentive staff in the restaurant.

The limited evening menu was not to my liking, so I had to dine elsewhere during my stay.

The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of continental and full English options. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and all the necessary amenities were provided, including an iron, hairdryer, and kettle. The restaurant had a great menu, and the service was excellent, accompanied by enjoyable background music. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone and hope to return one day.

There were a few negative aspects of the hotel experience. Some of the rooms lacked natural light, with small opaque windows that faced a wall, making the rooms gloomy and airless.
