We had the most wonderful stay at a lovely place in a great location. the owner personally greeted us and made sure we were settled in comfortably. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the communal lounge with a wood burner and honesty bar added a cozy touch. We enjoyed playing games in the lounge and indulging in the delicious breakfast. the little extras like cookies and sweets in reception were a nice touch. We will definitely be returning in the future.

We couldn't have asked for a better stay at Ashfield House! The warm welcome we received upon arrival made us feel instantly at home. The house itself is absolutely charming, with a perfect blend of historical character and modern comfort. Our room was cozy and impeccably clean, and we loved the picturesque view from the window seat. The deep bath and complimentary prosecco were delightful touches that made our stay even more special. And let's not forget about the breakfast - it was absolutely scrumptious, with high-quality sausages, bacon, and coffee to start the day off right. The attention to detail throughout the house shows just how much the owners care about their guests' experience. We can't wait to visit again and make Ashfield House a regular destination.

The hotel's cleanliness was outstanding. Everywhere I went, it was nice and clean, making my stay very comfortable. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The parking area was spacious and had plenty of available spaces, which was a great convenience. Moreover, the hotel's location was perfect; just minutes away from the main square and the bustling streets of this city, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. It was truly a fantastic spot to relax and unwind. Lastly, the breakfast served was exceptional. Not only did they have a gluten-free menu, but there was also a wide range of delicious options to choose from. The food was tasty and beautifully presented, leaving me satisfied and ready for the day ahead.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the room was spacious and well-equipped. The location in the centre of Grassington was perfect, with a lovely village and a local pub nearby. Additionally, the breakfast provided ample choices and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Ashfield House, a charming hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the garden. The complimentary glass of prosecco upon arrival was a delightful touch. The breakfast options, including gluten-free and free-from choices, were excellent. The WiFi was reliable, and the hotel had a beautiful garden. There was also a nearby pub, Devonshire, with delicious food and plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options. We hope to return to Ashfield House in the future.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of a beautiful town. We loved being able to explore the area and soak up the atmosphere. the parking facilities were also a big plus, making it easy for us to come and go as we pleased. And the staff, wow, they were so welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.

Some of the bathrooms could use a little updating. They weren't the most modern, but they were still functional.

our stay at an adorable b&b in grassington was lovely, but ashfield house truly exceeded our expectations. the warm welcome, cozy rooms, and impeccable breakfast left us feeling pampered and satisfied. the homemade yogurt and granola were a delightful surprise. we can't wait to return later this year for another fantastic experience.

Parking was a bit tricky.

We had a perfect stay at a lovely little B&B with a spotlessly clean room and a fab welcome tray. The view down the garden was delightful. The breakfast was magnificent, with a range of options that set us up for the day. Highly recommended. Own parking facilities available.

the service was exceptional, and the staff were always ready to assist us in any way possible. the Garden area was a well-maintained oasis of tranquility, and the Leisure/TV room was equipped with the latest technology for our entertainment. the room offered an exclusive advantage of having a private balcony with a spectacular view, adding to the high level of luxury. the restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the Bar/Lounge area was a great place to relax and enjoy a drink. Breakfast was exquisite, with freshly prepared dishes that left us feeling energized and satisfied.

The only minor issue was that some of the aspects of the room could do with a bit of updating. this was a mere detail that did not significantly detract from our overall experience.

The best part was the delicious breakfast that was brought to our room each morning. The variety of options and the locally sourced ingredients made it one of the best breakfasts we've ever had. The location of the hotel was perfect, centrally situated in a quiet area with ample parking. We enjoyed exploring Grassington and the village itself was immaculate. we highly recommend Ashfield House for its old-fashioned hospitality and superb breakfast.
