We had a fantastic stay at this cozy B&B. Great value for money with clean rooms and a lovely beachfront view. The location was perfect, close to the beach, harbor, and delicious food options. The hosts, Susan and John, were welcoming and accommodating, providing us with a parking permit and helpful tips for exploring the area.

The attic family room may not be suitable for small children during exceptionally hot weather, as it can get quite warm despite the fan provided.

I had the most beautiful view from my room at Cavendish House. The bay window overlooked the entire seafront, and it was simply breathtaking. The room itself was excellent, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I had a great night's sleep every night. The location of the hotel was perfect, with the beach right in front and the harbor at the rear. It was also an easy walk to shops, pubs, and other attractions. Additionally, every morning, the staff topped up the teas and coffees in the room, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was fantastic, with a delicious full English breakfast accompanied by a variety of cereal, yogurt, jams, and juices. The host was very friendly, and the service was fast, ensuring that the food was served hot and plenty of it. Lastly, I was provided with a parking permit, so I didn't have to worry about paying for parking during my stay.

The only minor drawbacks were that the water pressure in the shower wasn't great, and at times, there was some noise from people walking along the seafront late at night. However, these were not major issues and didn't significantly affect my overall experience.
