This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was excellent - just a few minutes walk from the London Underground yet tucked away on a quiet side street. It was so central, yet it felt like a very nice neighborhood. The hotel was priced perfectly for its prime location and the service provided was top-notch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for including heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The free toiletries and flat-screen TV were a nice touch as well. I couldn't fault the service, the cleanliness, or the room amenities.

Superb service with the nicest manager ever and very good cleaning. the rooms are small but so well designed that you don't feel the lack of space. All the furniture is of good quality and the place is cozy.

Noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway were disturbing. Lack of bedside lamps made it inconvenient to navigate in the dark.
