I recently stayed at a hotel near the popular theme park and really enjoyed my time. The room had a great view of the animals and the air conditioning was a bonus, especially during the warm weather. My children loved the excitement of the themed room and the staff were very helpful. We also had early access to the park, which was a nice perk. our second stay at the hotel was even better than the first. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the complimentary upgrade to the themed monkey room to their quick response to our requests. the spacious and clean rooms added to the overall excellent experience.

The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the nearby attractions, such as the Safari and Chessington World of Adventure. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the early entry into the park, giving guests an extra hour of fun before it gets too crowded. the child-friendly reception area and lively evening entertainment are great for keeping the little ones entertained.

One of the worst aspects of the hotel was the chaotic atmosphere upon arrival. the restaurant queues were long and some guests were unable to book a dinner or breakfast slot in advance.
