staying at cheval knightsbridge aparthotel was a delightful experience. the spacious apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped, even down to the smallest details. the complimentary provisions like bread, smoked salmon, and eggs were a lovely surprise. the comfortable beds, ample towels, and daily servicing added to the overall comfort of our stay. the location, customer service, and the quality toiletries provided by arran all contributed to a top-notch experience.

The property is located in the heart of Kensington-Knightsbridge, within walking distance of popular tourist spots. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with a balcony and ground terrace. The kitchen has top-of-the-range appliances and there is a garage available for an additional price. The concierge staff is helpful and the location is excellent. The property is clean and quiet at night, making it suitable for families with children. The supermarket is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk away, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. The house is tastefully decorated and feels safe.

Felt like a fairy tale, no complaints whatsoever.

The room just near Harrods was big, very clean, comfortable, and very safe. I also loved that the room had two Smart TVs, which were very comfortable and spacious to relax in.

That the sleeping rooms are not air-conditioned, only the sitting room is.

The location of this hotel is simply outstanding. It's close to everything and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Plus, there's a lovely little cafe just opposite the hotel where you can grab a delicious breakfast. The hotel is right in the heart of the city and only a short walk away from the nearest tube station.

There were some minor maintenance issues that could use improvement. The window knobs were difficult to handle and occasionally broke off.

My recent stay at the accommodation in Knightsbridge was simply fantastic. The location was excellent, with Harrods and other main shops just around the corner. The two bedroom property I stayed in was incredibly comfortable and spacious, making it the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The amenities provided were top-notch, with all basic necessities included and even a cleaner to keep the place spotless. The combination of a hotel and Airbnb experience in one was truly delightful. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Perfectly located near grocery and luxury shops, the three, bedroom apartment at Cheval Knightsbridge was spacious with ensuite toilets. Mr Kenneth's excellent service made my stay even better. Easy Uber access, close to iconic landmarks like the Victoria and Albert Museum; the staff were attentive. Pity about noisy guests and slightly dated interiors. the comfortable beds and roominess added to a wonderful family trip. Discovering London's treasures , from Big Ben to the Science Museum , was a breeze, enhancing our family bonding experience.

had another amazing stay in london. this time at a fantastic aparthotel in knightsbridge. everything was perfect - friendly staff, beautiful accommodation, and a superbly equipped kitchen. couldn't ask for more.

The location was really great, close to the main shopping district and public transportation, making it easy to get around. the staff was friendly and gave helpful tips on places to go and eat. the room was clean and had good amenities, like a fridge and coffee maker.

For the high price, I expected a lot more. the room was quite basic and looked worn out.

This hotel is a perfect fit for those who want to experience luxurious living in a prime location. the staff were well, trained and attentive, always ready to provide assistance and fulfill our exclusive needs. the rooms had state, of, the, art amenities and private facilities which made our stay even more comfortable. To relax, there was a sauna where we unwound after exploring the neighborhood.

the fragrance could've been improved but this was a minor issue as it didn't impede our time at the hotel.

Our two-bedroom townhouse was a great value, with a full kitchen and security gate for added safety. We felt very comfortable and safe during our stay. Would definitely stay again if we visit.
