We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs and provide exceptional service. From noticing our breakfast preferences and guiding us to the bread section to offering a bag for us to take our leftover danish, their attention to detail was impressive. The desk staff was also friendly and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and even helping us order tickets online for the warriors. The hotel's location in the center of town allowed for easy access to major attractions in this city. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the hotel facilities, including the pool, were comfortable and well-maintained.

During our New Year stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the hotel staff. They were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. We also enjoyed the wide range of food options available in the Executive Lounge, where the staff went above and beyond to cater to our specific preferences.

One negative aspect we encountered during our stay was the unreliable WiFi connection. It worked intermittently, and despite seeking assistance from the front desk, the issue was not completely resolved.

Great location. Comfortable hotel. Good facilities. Pool was great. Offered upgrade on check-in, well worth it, included breakfast, late check out. Luna provided excellent help and service, especially with finding local noodle place for lunch and patience with younger members of our group. Staff went above and beyond to anticipate and fulfill our needs. Desk staff friendly and helpful, helped us order tickets online for the warriors.

I recently stayed at Hilton in the center of the city for 3 nights during a business trip. The location was convenient, just a 15-minute walk from the train station, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is surrounded by local restaurants, and we had a fantastic dinner on the little food street in front of the hotel. The room was well isolated, so we didn't hear any noise from the street. The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff who anticipated our needs. The concierge helped us order tickets online for the warriors, and there were direct bus connections to major scenic spots.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Xi'an for a week-long vacation with my family. The hotel's decor was impeccable, and the location was perfect for accessing the subway and exploring the city. We particularly appreciated their assistance in setting up our rewards card for discounted breakfast and arranging a private car and tour guide for our visit to the Terra Cotta Warriors. The breakfast buffet offered a delicious mix of Western and Eastern dishes, and the concierge even provided us with a refreshing water after a long day of exploring. The hotel's convenient location near the East Gate of the city wall and the nearby street market added to the convenience and enjoyment of our stay. The room service was efficient and the food options were varied, although we would have loved to see more dessert choices on the menu. our stay at the Hilton in Xi'an was exceptional, and we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Hilton Xi'An for one night and got a bargain price. The room and bed were huge, with fabulous toiletries and everything we needed. The staff were polite, friendly, and spoke great English, helping us find great places to eat and drink. The hotel is close to the city wall and bell and drum tower. They kindly let us leave our bags with concierge and use the pool area to freshen up before our flight. The property is beautiful, with an elegant and historically-themed lobby.
